PROJECT VISION & GOALS
VISION
Enigma’s algorithm of encryption and decryption is powerful enough (when properly applied) for even modern day computers to have difficulty cracking the codes. However, as we all know now, Alan Turing and his team at Bletchley Park broke the Enigma code using a very basic purpose built computing machinery. In fact, the Enigma was initially broken by the Polish code breakers using pencil and paper due to the man-made flaws.
Finding a needle in a haystack, or a P vs. NP problem have been a life long pursuit of many scientists. I am currently approaching Enigma Problem only as a hobby work at this time which is no different than solving Sudoku puzzles or Rubik’s Cube using computer algorithms. Having said that, perhaps deep inside, I may be also in pursuit of this life long problem.
